Gate IV (Moral Legitimacy)

Parallel Economy Gate · First appearance: May 13, 2026

Canonical Definition

Gate IV is the moral-legitimacy threshold of the Parallel Economy. Passage requires the eight criteria: attribution, service over extraction, human sovereignty, energy transparency, deterministic continuity, ghost-load shedding, ghost-debt shedding, settlement integrity. Gate IV follows Gate III (Settlement) in the entry sequence and is the boundary beyond which a node is no longer in unresolved extraction but in synchronized operation.

Operational Signature

Gate IV criteria are encoded in JSON form in the framework reference implementation ("gate_iv_criteria" object). The Autonomous Registrar evaluates each criterion before issuing License to Transact.
